About Liverpool888
We are more than just a platform — we are a community of Malaysian players who share the same passion for entertainment, sport and fair play. Get to know us better.
Who We Are and Why Liverpool888 Exists
Liverpool888 was founded in 2019 with a simple but powerful vision: to build an online betting platform that truly understands what Malaysian players want and need. Not a platform half-translated from another language, not one that relies on foreign payment methods unavailable in Malaysia, and not one that treats Malaysia as just another small market. We were built from the ground up with Malaysia in mind — in every design decision, every game selection, and every policy we uphold.
Founding team liverpool888 made up of individuals with backgrounds in online gaming, financial technology and digital entertainment in Malaysia. They understand what Malaysian players want because they are Malaysian players themselves — they know the frustration of platforms that don't support Touch 'n Go, of customer support that can't communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, and of sports offerings that leave out badminton or Liga Super Malaysia. Liverpool888 was born as the answer to all of those problems.
In the six years since we launched, liverpool888 has grown into one of Malaysia's most trusted online betting platforms, with over 120,000 active members from every corner of the country — from Perlis to Sabah and Sarawak. This growth has not come from marketing budgets alone, but from trust built steadily through consistent player experiences, timely payouts and service that genuinely puts user satisfaction first.
What sets liverpool888 apart from other platforms goes beyond the number of games on offer. What truly differentiates us is our deep understanding of the Malaysian context. When the Thomas Cup is on, we know the whole country is watching badminton — so we provide the most comprehensive badminton betting markets, with the best odds and sufficient background information for players to make informed decisions. When Hari Raya comes around, we roll out promotions that actually resonate. When the EPL resumes after an international break, we make sure every match has a market — not just the major European leagues, but also the Liga Super Malaysia followed by millions of local fans.
On the technology front, liverpool888 runs on robust server infrastructure with near-zero downtime. Our platform is optimised for mobile users — because we know the majority of Malaysian players game from their smartphones, not desktop computers. A fully responsive interface means a seamless experience whether you're on an iPhone, Android phone, or tablet, with no special app download required. Everything happens right in your web browser, instantly and without interruption.
Security is the top priority at liverpool888, and last but certainly not least. All player data is protected with the same 256-bit SSL encryption used by Malaysia's leading banks. Your financial information is never stored on liverpool888's servers — every transaction is processed through licensed, secure payment gateways. We use an independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator) for all random-number-based games, ensuring unquestionable fairness for every player.
Our VIP programme reflects liverpool888's core values — recognising and rewarding loyal players. Six VIP tiers from Bronze to Elite offer weekly cashback from 3% to 15%, birthday bonuses, express withdrawals, a dedicated account manager and invitations to exclusive tournaments. This is not a meaningless points scheme — it is a genuine commitment that every ringgit you spend on our platform will return real, tangible value to you.
We at liverpool888 also cares deeply about responsible gaming. Online entertainment should remain entertainment, and we provide tools to help players stay in control of their activity — including daily deposit limits, betting limits, and the option to temporarily suspend an account if needed. Our support team is trained to recognise signs of problem gambling and to provide guidance and resources to players who need them. We believe a responsible platform is ultimately a better platform for everyone in the long run.
Looking ahead, liverpool888 continues to invest in new technology and content to keep our platform relevant and engaging for Malaysian players. This includes new games added every month, ongoing UI improvements based on player feedback, and the expansion of our Sports Betting categories to cover more leagues and tournaments followed by Malaysian fans. Liverpool888's journey is far from over — and we want you with us every step of the way.

What Our liverpool888 Members Are Saying
Genuine experiences from Malaysian players who have been with us
"I've tried plenty of other platforms before, but liverpool888 is genuinely different. Not because of big bonuses — but because everything just feels more Malaysian. Deposit with TnG, support in BM, badminton and the Malaysia Super League are all there. Most importantly, winnings actually pay out — fast, straight into DuitNow. Three years as a member and I have no plans to leave."
"liverpool888's customer service is among the best I've ever encountered. I once had a technical issue during a live match — contacted support via chat and got a resolution plus compensation in under 3 minutes. That's what earned my trust: a platform that can handle problems professionally even when things go wrong. I'm giving 4.5 stars only because there's always room to improve!"
"I joined liverpool888 because a friend recommended it. After a month, I became the one recommending it to my friends. The platform is genuinely easy to use, even for someone trying online betting for the first time. The interface is clean and straightforward. Plenty of game choices. My VIP tier even moved up on its own after a few months of being active. Thank you Liverpool888!"
